Producing Your Parts

Here at J M Precision we pride ourselves on the excellence of our work. Although many customers have existing drawings they give us to work with, some require help to design their finished product. With guidance and advice from our experienced team we can suggest ways of reducing material costs or timeframes and discuss what would work best. We can draw up your part and produce it as an individual part made to fit, or as a batch or repeat order.

Completing all work faster than most of our competitors, we provide a first-class service. Here at J M Precision, we are confident in our abilities, and we use state-of-the-art machinery to ensure everything we create is high quality and accurately measured. We have the capability to produce parts quickly and efficiently. We are open long hours as well as weekends and are able to put on a night shift for large jobs that are time critical.

Calibrated Inspection Procedure

Our high specification parts pass through our fully calibrated inspection system to ensure a right first time approach is always achieved.
All jobs once agreed are allocated a Procedure pack that stays with the job from start to finish. This details its history whilst being manufactured ,this includes all inspection records , material certificates and conformance certificates.
