High Specification

Our high specification parts pass through our fully calibrated inspection  system to ensure a right first time approach is always achieved.

All jobs once agreed are allocated a Procedure pack that stays with the job from start to finish. This details its history whilst being manufactured ,this includes all inspection records , material certificates and conformance certificates as well as any additional treatments your job requires.

Inspection

With precision components the accent is on both positional accuracy and hole size. All parts supplied with inspection reports upon request.

Aesthetics

Some parts are supplied in a finished state for us for
modification ,so great care is taken with the aesthetics of the component
during manufacture or modification.
